OUR METHOD WORKS

A 60-minute class designed to push you to your limits with intense drills, Method will have you working up a serious sweat.

We’re constantly switching things up to keep you on your toes, but one thing never changes – our Method works! Whether you’re an avid cyclist looking to improve your form or just someone searching for a new way to stay fit, Method is the cycling class you’ve been looking for.

THE CLASSIC METHOD RIDE

You know what you’re going to get in every Method ride.

10-15 minutes progressive warm-up
Drills, thrills and a serious sweat.

35-40 minutes of planned interval work
Structured to target specific fitness gains.

5 minutes cool down
After we raise the roof, we need to bring it back down.

OUTDOOR SOCIAL RIDES

Taking our signature Method ride to the streets!

All levels welcome on our guided group rides. Taught with specific instruction on well-planned routes, it feels just like our indoor classes.

Improve your fitness, make friends, and enjoy the beautiful Vancouver scenery.  Join us every Tuesday evening for a relaxed group ride followed by an optional social hour.

Series 1   Tuesday, May 1 - June 26 (9 weeks, 75 minutes)
Series 2   Tuesday July 3 - September 4 (9 weeks, 90 minutes)

ENDURO RIDES

A 12-week program specifically designed to get you ready for the summer season. Based on our signature Method, the Enduro ride follows a structure similar to our 60-minute class.

10-15 minutes progressive warm-up
Drills, thrills and a serious sweat.

65-70 minutes of planned interval work
Structured to target specific fitness gains.

5 minutes cool down
After we raise the roof, we need to bring it back down.

The instructor will send an email before each class detailing the session.

Series 1   Wednesday, February 7 - March 14, 6:45pm - 8:15pm
Series 2   Wednesday, April 4 - May 9, 6:45pm - 8:15pm
