If you’re looking for a new cycling challenge, then Method is for you. We can help you go from indoor to outdoor, from solo to team, or even just improve your technique.
Our 60-minute, interval-based classes are specifically designed to teach you the same form and alignment you’ll need on an outdoor ride. These skills will come in handy during our outdoor group social rides where you can get to know the rest of the Method community while also appreciating the beauty of the city and mountains from your bike.
It's challenging and it's worth it. Best way to spend 60-minutes. I leave sweaty, energized and ready to take on the day. I am addicted!
I remember when I was a " beginner." Now I ride in the Cypress Challenge and the Rotary Ride to Fight Cancer. I am a much better cyclist.
If the weather is bad and If I can't jump on my bike and ride up Cypress, then I head to Method. It's my go-to to maintain my strength for races.
