The Enduro ride will challenge you with longer intervals! Here is what to expect.
30-35 minutes of Endurance Training. Building our aerobic base and burning fat.
15-20 minutes of Aerobic Capacity Training. Tempo pace, improving aerobic fitness.
10 minutes of Lactate Threshold. Enhancing lung capacity, boosting high-speed endurance.
5 minutes of VO2 Max Training. Short, punchy efforts to train our circulation and get blood where it’s needed.
Going longer needs to be done right. Our coaches know how to lead this class.
The longer intervals will have your body burning more energy and increasing the mitochondria (the powerhouse of the cell).
Mitochondria are known as the powerhouses of the cell.
They are organelles that act like a digestive system that takes in nutrients, breaks them down, and creates energy-rich molecules for the cell.

2019 race season for Jamie saw him tackle the Rotary Ride for Rescue (Cypress Climb), The Penticton Fondo, Method Mt. Baker Ride, The RTCC, The Whistler Gran Fondo & The Jensie Gran Fondo in California.
He loves leading Method classes mostly because he loves seeing people get stronger and live healthier as a result of consistent cycling at Method.
