Push yourself and challenge the limits


Years ago, Sharla set a goal for herself to qualify for the Boston Marathon and, in 2016, she did. Since then, she has committed herself to helping others set and achieve seemingly impossible goals.

Sharla’s classes mimic real-life racing, building up from a conservative start to a powerful finish. She loves coaching all different abilities, and seeing the accomplishments, big and small, that come out of every class.
